Having a clear Agreement allows us to align and agree to the core foundations of this work. It provides a code of practice that builds and strengthens connection, support and emotional safety.

The Wheel of Love Agreement

GUIDING PRINCIPALS

Below are the Guiding Principles for The Wheel of Love 12 month Journey.

  • Connection - We remember that we are daughters of the Earth.

  • Empowerment - Each individual is encouraged and supported to take responsibility for themselves and their actions.

  • Integrity - There is transparency, congruence and honesty in all that is said and done.

  • Trust - Built from honouring our commitments and being true to our agreements.

  • Acceptance - We allow for different experiences and interpretations whilst withholding judgement.

  • Love & Nurturing - We come from the heart space with communication and support.

  • Choice - We respect our own choices and the choices of others.

  • Authenticity - Allow ourselves to courageously speak our truth at all times

  • Respect - Creating loving boundaries for ourselves and valuing the rights of others.

  • Joy - Allowing for happiness and excitement to inspire us forwards

  • Adventure - Setting intentions and trusting the process as it unfolds

CONFIDENTIALITY

I ask that all of my teachings are to be kept confidential and not recreated, shared or taught.

During the Immersion we will be working at a deep energetic level with powerful tools and practices that have been taught to me through my own lineage and through many years of training. It’s very important that these rituals and Shamanic practices are worked with under guidance, and with respect, experience and care.

The Wheel of Love is not a training and therefore you do not have permission to teach it following completion.

I also ask that my forms of communication are kept confidential and that any emails you receive from me are not forwarded on to others outside of our space.

Please understand that everything discussed between us as a Circle of women is kept strictly confidential - this includes what is shared any live calls and also in our private online space.

This is incredibly important and creates a feeling of safety for each of us. 

SCHEDULING

The Wheel of Love officially will begin on July 22nd 2024 for our Alchemy of Prayer Opening Call. Our Spiral will complete on July 7th 2025.

Prior to each Ceremony there will be a reminder popped into the Facebook Group.

Each of the High Holy Day Ceremonies for the Sabbats will start and finish on time. 

Please let me know in advance if you can't make any of the dates as the magic of the Spiral will work best when everyone attends all sessions, and when you can prioritise yourself and be on time.

It is our commitment to this work, to ourselves and to each other that allows trust to build so we can go on a deep dive together.

The cost for our 12 month Spiral is $2222 and includes:

PRIVATE ONLINE SPACE

The online container will be offered as a private and separate group via Facebook. This will officially open a few days prior to our start date in July 2024.

The Wheel of Love is an intimate and very personal inner journey through the Wheel of the Year. Our private space is for us to each connect and to share, however the majority of the magic of the experience will take place in our Online Ceremonies and Women’s Circle Calls.

I encourage you to be an active participant throughout our journey to receive the most out of your experience.

TIME COMMITMENT

Commitment for the full year will greatly assist you in aligning your energy to The Mother of Creation and Father Sun. It will anchor ceremonial practice within your being.

Each of The Wheel of Love Holy Day Ceremonies will run for 1.5 hours.

I also highly recommend the post ritual work to get the most of this 12 month journey. I suggest to allow at least 1 hour minimum through each 6 week season for reflective time and to work on the practices offered.

The more you put into this 12 month journey, the more you will receive.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel within 10 days of the commencement date, you will be refunded half of the 12 month fee if you have paid in full.

If you are paying via a payment plan, you will still be required to pay the tuition fee as your registration means I am unable to offer your place to another participant.

If you cancel within 3 days before the commencement date you will not receive a refund.

If you begin the journey but are unexpectedly unable to continue with your commitment, I am unable to offer you a refund. I hope you understand.

FURTHER INFORMATION

Some Ceremonies may require that you purchase a certain herb or specific ritual pieces and you may also have to source things from nature. I will give you plenty of notice and will also offer certain ritual pieces that are available for purchase.

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Please Accept our Terms prior to beginning The Wheel of Love

By accepting the terms at the bottom of this page I hereby agree to the following:

1. I will not teach any aspect of The Temple of Shamanic Magick® (TTOSM) or Jo Bell Cummings’ (JBC)The Wheel of Love material, including techniques, information, rituals and methodologies.  All The Temple of Shamanic Magick® programmes are copywritten and registered. 

2. I will not share or distribute any aspects of TTOSM or JBC The Wheel of Love techniques and methodologies with any other party or entity. This includes zoom calls or any intellectual property via our private trainings, social media or webpage platforms.

3. The Wheel of Love is not a Training for me to teach, it is for my personal growth. I am not able to teach any of TTOSM or JBC The Wheel of Love classes.

4. I am not able to copy or replicate any TTOSM or JBC The Wheel of Love material or documentation until authorised by TTOSM or JBC in writing to do so.

5. I agree that I will keep the sacredness and privacy of this temple space for the 12 month duration and will not post any information, rituals, references, images, personal processes or other participants processes on any social media platform. I agree to keep and to contribute to co-creating the integrity of this space in order to protect each other’s energy, as well as the spirits and guardians of this workshop from any outside influences.

5. I accept that in participating in TTOSM or JBC training; I hold all TTOSM teachers harmless for any losses I may sustain, however arising.

6. I agree to pay TTOSM and JBC for all agreed fees and costs when due and payable. If a debt collector needs to be hired, I agree to pay for those costs.

7. I agree to indemnify TTOSM and JBC for any loses they may sustain howsoever arising from me breaching any of the covenants herein.

9. If I am inspired to create something completely new due to this work I will credit the work publicly eg “Inspired to create x after completing TTOSM @jo.bellcummings ~ The Wheel of Love”.

10. I understand that these are mystery school teachings and are not a replacement for therapies or medical interventions.  I am responsible for making my own decisions with regards to my health and wellbeing.

9. I agree that this Agreement will be governed by the laws of Victoria and South Australia and all applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.

DISCLAIMER

If I need to cancel the Ceremony due to illness, I will let you know as soon as possible and alternative arrangements will be made.

It is advised that you attend all Ceremonies as each will greatly support your personal journey through the seasons.

As with any personal development work, I always encourage individuals to take full responsibility for their own level of participation and their subsequent life choices.

Any medical conditions, physical or mental, must be fully disclosed to Jo Bell Cummings during your application process and prior to full confirmation of your place in the course so I can assess your suitability for this work.

At times self development and Ceremonial work can bring up emotional responses that are an incredibly important part of your healing journey.

It's is advised that you have support in place after this deep work such as trusted friends or a therapist if you should need it. I am always available for 1:1 personal sessions if required.
