Each Flower Essence Session is a private, intuitive consultation held within the greater rhythm of the Wheel of the Year - a gentle collaboration between you, the flowers, and your own inner knowing.

Together, we explore your current season of life: where you are blooming, where you are shedding, and where something new is quietly gestating beneath the surface. From this exploration, a personalised flower essence blend is created to support you in alignment with both your inner landscape and the living cycles of Nature.

These sessions are grounded, nurturing, and held with deep care. They are designed to support emotional clarity, inner alignment, and a renewed sense of self-trust.
