Seasons of Woman is my ongoing seasonal membership — a monthly women's circle and seasonal home for women who want to live in deeper rhythm with the earth. We gather monthly in circle, work with the flowers, and tend ourselves through the turning of the seasons. New intakes open four times a year. Many women find it the perfect place to land between or after deeper programs.
Why this work is different
Most women who find their way here have already done the work.
They have read the books, followed the threads, worked hard on themselves - and they know something is still missing.
Not because they have not tried hard enough.
But because the deepest part of a woman cannot be reached through the mind alone. It can only be reached through the body, the earth, and the patient, gentle intelligence of the natural world.
This is that work.
Not self-improvement. Not fixing. A return to something older and quieter - the medicine of the earth, the wisdom of the feminine, the knowing that lives in your body and your blood.
For 15 years I have been sitting with women at the thresholds of their lives. What I have learned is this: every woman already knows the way home. She simply needs the right guidance to remember.

I am a Ceremonialist, Flower Essence and Soul Healing Arts® Practitioner and Mentor, and I have been guiding women through the thresholds of their lives for 15 years.
I work from Coffin Bay, South Australia — a place of raw, natural beauty at the edge of the Southern Ocean - and online with women across the world.
My practice is rooted in earth-based wisdom and a deep, living relationship with the plant kingdom. I am an initiate of the White Dragon lineage, trained by Sharon Bolt, and have studied flower essence medicine under David Dalton and Ameya Cohen across many years of dedicated practice.
I believe that every woman carries within her everything she needs. My work is simply to help her find her way back to it.
