  • Begin with Flower Essences

    Not every woman is ready for a 1:1 session or a longer Ceremonial journey. There are other ways to bring Flower Essences into your life.

    The Flower Path is the simplest place to begin - a self-paced course in what Flower Essences are and how to work with them.

    From there, The Flower Collective offers one Essence each month, chosen for the Season, and The Empress Essences, inspired by The Empress & the Dragon Journey, bring a trilogy for deeper inner work.

    Each of these is a way to work with the flowers, in your own time.

    The heart of my practice is Flower Essences. I've been a Practitioner for over 15 years.

    Each flower carries its own particular quality, and taking that essence brings that quality directly into your emotional experience.

    Custom formulated Flower remedies support you with what's needed - emotionally, mentally, and physically.

    Womb Weaving sessions work directly with the energetic body, to clear and restore what's held in your womb space, awakening your vitality and creative power.

    For women ready to go deeper than a single session or a monthly Flower Essence remedy - a sustained inner journey, held over time.

    The Programs run on fixed dates, and we gather together as a group to support our personal and collective healing.

    The Empress work holds The Heart of the Rose and Obsidian Womb Alchemy, each a three-month Ceremonial journey. The Wheel of Beauty runs across a full year.

    Each Ceremonial program builds on what the flowers have already initiated.

The deepest part of a woman cannot be reached through the mind alone. It can only be reached through the body, the Earth, and the patient, gentle intelligence of the natural world.
