About Jo
I am a Ceremonialist, Flower Essence and Soul Healing Arts® Practitioner and Mentor, and I have been guiding women through the thresholds of their lives for many years.
I work from Coffin Bay, South Australia - a place of raw, natural beauty at the edge of the Southern Ocean - and online with women across the world.
My practice is rooted in earth-based wisdom and a deep, living relationship with the plant kingdom. I am an initiate of the White Dragon lineage, trained by Sharon Bolt, and have studied flower essence medicine under David Dalton and Ameya Cohen across many years of dedicated practice.
I believe that every woman carries within her everything she needs. My work is simply to help her find her way back to it.
