The flowers changed everything for me.
I have been working with Flower Essences for many years - through my own seasons, through every threshold, through the moments when I needed something to reach into the parts of me that nothing else could touch.
Flower Essences need to be felt. No amount of reading about them will tell you what it is like to have the right flower arrive at exactly the right moment - that subtle expansion, as something in you quietly begins to move.
The Flower Collective exists because I wanted to make that experience available to more women. Without the complexity of a full session. Without the commitment of a programme. A Flower Remedy, arriving at your door each month - intuitively selected in alignment with the season and what it is asking of us.
The flowers give us hope. They help us heal what has been held so that we can be more fully present. More fully ourselves.

About Jo
I am Jo Bell Cummings - a Ceremonialist and Flower Essence and Soul Healing Arts® Practitioner. I live and work on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia, where ancient she-oak woodland grows close to the edge of the Ocean.
I have been working with Flower Essences for many years - in my own life, through every season and every threshold, and in the lives of the women I have the blessing of supporting. The flowers are woven through everything I do. They are the foundation of all of my work in the world.
I choose each month’s Flower Remedy through deep listening - to the season, to the collective themes that women are moving through, to what the Earth and the Cosmos are asking of us right now. It is one of the things I love most about this work.

Flower essences are gentle, vibrational medicines made from living flowers. They work at the level of the emotional and energetic body - reaching into the patterns beneath the surface, the places where something is ready to shift, heal or open. They work quietly, in the background of your days. Women often describe them as the thing that finally reached the place everything else couldn’t.

Not at all. The Flower Collective is a beautiful entry point into this medicine. Each month’s postcard gives you everything you need to know about working with your essence. All you need is openness and curiosity.

Morning, midday, evening and before sleep works beautifully - or simply whenever you remember.
You can also add 3-5 drops to a glass of water and sip throughout the day.
Take consistently for the full month for the deepest effect. -
Each month I choose one flower in deep listening to the season and what it is asking of us - considering what the Earth is doing and what women are moving through.
On the 1st of each month I share which flower I have chosen and why, along with her particular medicine and the reason she was called forward now. This goes out to my whole community. -
Once the 20 monthly essences are gone, the Collective is closed until the following month. The simplest way to ensure you never miss out is to subscribe - subscribers receive their essence each month automatically, regardless of the 20-place limit.

In a 1:1 session, we meet together and I create a personalised blend made specifically for you and where you are right now. The Flower Collective offers one flower each month, chosen seasonally for all women in the collective. It is a beautiful way to experience flower medicine - and many women find it leads them naturally toward a 1:1 session when they are ready to go deeper.

Yes - you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Simply email jo@jobellcummings.com before the 25th of the month and your subscription will not renew the following month.
