Flowers are a medicine of beauty and help to uplift the Heart and bring our Spirit closer to the Physical. When incorporated experientially into a Women’s Circle, each weave together to create alchemy and inner transformation.
There is something profoundly beautiful about women coming together with the intent to support and empower one another, and now more than ever, our planet is calling for women to gather together in Circle… for the connection, depth and authenticity that grows from our relationships.
Women’s Circles are a safe and supportive space for us to come together and experience the gentle nurturing energy of the feminine. They are a nourishing place for us to unwind and drop into the Heart. Circle teaches us to give and receive love and is a powerful place of self understanding and deep inner healing.
In a world where there is so much separation and division, Circle and Flower Medicine remind us that we are a part of a greater whole.
Women have been communing in Circles throughout the ages, sometimes openly, and sometimes in secret, but always with the intention to bear loving witness to the lives of one another, offering strength, support and wisdom as we weave our web of love, connection and sacred Feminine energy.

I am an accredited and authorised Sister Circles® Facilitator and have been trained in holding safe and sacred Circles by Kate Reed, creator of The Sister Circles.
For close to a decade I have been facilitating Women’s Circles both in-person and online. Throughout this time I have witnessed incredible transformation take place for women, which then ripples out into their lives in miraculous ways.
The Women’s Circles will be held at The Health Hub, Coffin Bay, South Australia. The Circles are limited to 10 Women and payment is required at the time of booking which secures your place in the Circle.
With respect I wish to acknowledge the Nauo People as the Traditional owners of the land that the Circles will take place upon. May we all remember to honour the Spirit of place, the Ancestors and the land and leave a better world for our Descendants.
