What are Flower Essences?
A Flower Essence is a vibrational infusion, made by capturing the energetic imprint of a flower in water and preserving it, traditionally with brandy.
Taken as drops, Flower Essences work gently on the emotional and energetic body, supporting shifts in feeling, mindset, and pattern over time, rather than acting instantly.
I have worked with Flower Essences for over 25 years. It is from this depth of experience that each remedy in this collection has been formulated.
