  • 1:1 ALCHEMY Sessions

    1:1 Alchemy Sessions

    The heart of my practice is Flower Essences. I've been a Practitioner for over 15 years.

    Each flower carries its own particular quality, and taking that essence brings that quality directly into your emotional experience.

    Flower Essences meets the emotional and energetic body first. Through personalised remedies, made for you specifically, they support what's needed - emotionally, mentally, and physically.

    Ceremonial Weaving sessions go deeper still, for women ready to meet what's asked of them at that level.

  • Begin with the Flowers

    Not every woman is ready for a 1:1 session or a longer Ceremonial journey - and Flower Essence doesn't need either to begin working with you.

    The Flower Collective offers one Essence each month, chosen for the Season. The Flower Path teaches you to work with Flower Essence yourself, at your own pace. The Empress Essences bring three Essences together as a trilogy, created to move you through a specific process of inner work.

    Each of these is a way to keep working with the flowers, in your own time.

  • Ceremonial Programs

    Programs are for women ready to go further than a single session or a monthly Essence - a sustained piece of work, held over months rather than weeks.

    The Programs run on fixed dates, and we gather together as a group to support our personal and collective healing.

    The Empress work holds The Heart of the Rose and Obsidian Womb Alchemy, each a three-month Ceremonial journey. The Wheel of Beauty runs across a full year.

    Each one builds on what the flowers have already initiated.

The whispers of the Soul

Every woman carries within her everything she needs. My work is simply to help her find her way back to it.

The deepest part of a woman cannot be reached through the mind alone. It can only be reached through the body, the Earth, and the patient, gentle intelligence of the natural world.

This is that work.

A return to something older and quieter - the medicine of the Earth, the knowing that lives in your body and your blood.

This is the wisdom of the Feminine, and it sits at the heart of my work.

This work is for the woman who has a full, good life - and yet something in her is quietly asking for more. More depth. More connection. More of herself.

The flowers are woven through everything here - every offering, every Season, every journey. They are the quiet thread that runs beneath it all, always leading you back to yourself and to the wisdom of your Soul.
