The Winter Solstice is the longest night of the year - and it is also the very first returning of the light. Many moons ago, our Ancestors celebrated rituals of their own at this time of year to honour their connection to the Earth and her changing cycles and seasons. It is a time for moving inwards, for reflection, for releasing all that is no longer in alignment with your pathway forward, and for celebrating what is beginning to quietly stir.
This is one of the moments on the Wheel of the Year that I hold most dear. There is something so special about gathering at this threshold - in Circle with other women, with the flowers by our side and the medicine of the Earth holding us.
I think many of us don't even realise that our Hearts are yearning for this kind of space. Life is incredibly full and busy and it is often us as Women who end up missing out. It is so important that we keep our own cups full - so that we can continue to show up in our lives as well-resourced beacons of love. Without a doubt, a Women's Circle offers this.
I have created this gathering for the woman who feels the pull of this season. Who knows, somewhere in herself, that this is a moment worth honouring in Circle.
What We Will Do Together
We will gather as a Circle of Women at the Solstice threshold - creating a sacred container for reflection, for release, and for the planting of the intentions and dreams that we hold for ourselves.
During our time together we will:
✦ Honour the turning of the Wheel through ritual and Elemental medicine
✦ Move gently inward - into reflection, into stillness, to connect with what this season is asking of us
✦ Name and plant the intentions and dream seeds we hold for ourselves, allowing them to gestate through the Winter months
✦ Be witnessed by a Circle of like-minded women
✦ Work with Flower Essences and Essential Oils woven through the Circle, chosen specifically for this threshold
✦ Receive your personal Winter Flower Essence set on the day - 8 Flower Essences to carry you through the Winter
✦ Learn a daily ritual practice to work with your Flower Essences in support of the intentions and dreams you hold for yourself
Rituals acknowledge the web of life that weaves around each of us, connecting us to the seen and unseen in our world. Together as a Circle of Sisters we will create a space within and around each of us for something real - and perhaps even a little magical to happen.
Your Winter Flower Essence Set
The Flower Essences are my first love - and they are at the heart of everything I offer.
Every woman in the Circle will receive a set of 8 Winter Flower Essences on the day, chosen specifically for this season and for the dream seeds being planted at the Solstice. These 8 essences have been chosen as an intention set - each one perfectly attuned to the Winter season and to the dreams and intentions you are holding for yourself.
During our Circle I will teach you a simple daily ritual practice for working with your Flower Essences - a process you can return to each morning throughout the Winter months, keeping you connected to your intentions, tending your dream seeds as they take root, and allowing the medicine of the flowers to support all that is quietly unfolding in you.
This is not something to add to an already full life. It is something to come home to. A small, sacred pause each day - with the flowers as your companions through the season.
